Our Personal Support Services assist seniors or adults with physical disabilities in remaining safely in their home.
Our services begin with a CSS Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) who will provide a clinical assessment in your home. Together we sit down with your loved one and devise a plan of care that will enhance their health and independence.
Our Caregivers have been specially trained to help with daily activities and personal health care needs including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation and feeding, minor housekeeping, errand running, assistance with medication and medical appointments.
Our services can be provided at little or no cost to your love one through Georgia’s Medicaid Programs. The CCSP & SOURCE are Medicaid programs that are designed to provide home care to the elderly, disabled, or low-income patients with a range of long-term health care services at home or in the community.
