For the past 19 years, CSS Healthcare Services has been serving Metro Atlanta and its surrounding counties, by providing community care and support to the elderly, the physically frail and the developmentally disabled individuals in the community.

CSS Healthcare is accredited by two well-known national accreditation bodies in the Home Care field; The Council On Accreditation (COA) and Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). Accreditation is a tremendous achievement which demonstrates that the organization has been recognized as a provider that is delivering the highest quality services to all of its stakeholders. In addition, they confirm that our services are provided by a trained and supported workforce and that all persons served are treated with respect and dignity.
Achieving accreditation is an objective and reliable verification that provides confidence to an organization’s service recipients as well as community partners. Both COA and CHAP accreditation processes involve a detailed review and analysis of our organization’s administrative operations and its service delivery practices. All are “measured” against national standards of best practice. These standards emphasize services that are accessible, appropriate, culturally responsive, evidence based and outcome-oriented. Our mission is to help create, provide, and support quality living through comprehensive home and community care services for both young and elderly individuals who may be medically fragile, physically frail, and/or developmentally challenged, regardless of race, creed, religion or ethnic origin. The organization’s commitment to best-practices is central to the achievement of this mission.
CSS PHILOSOPHY
We believe that all individuals, regardless of age, race, creed or physical ability have the right to enjoy life to the fullest extent possible in the comfort and security of their own home, or any other living accommodation of their choice. Private home care and community care programs should offer individuals the choice to live a long, happy and fulfilled life. CSS Healthcare strives to provide high quality services that respond to each individual’s needs.
